What causes stress?

It can sometimes be caused by illness, a job interview, school, relationship and money


What can stress physically do to the body?

The stress hormones can give you a boost to run away or fight your pain.



How does stress affect the 4 areas of wellbeing?

It can affect your stress hormones and it can give you a boost in sport.
It can affect your emotions and make you angry, sad happy, etc.
